The brands and trademarks referenced in our catalog — including but not limited to Cursor, Anthropic, OpenAI, ChatGPT, Google, Gemini, xAI, Grok, Microsoft, Office 365, Adobe, Notion, Canva, Figma, Coursera, Telegram, Binance, NordVPN, ExpressVPN, Replit, Supabase, Railway, n8n, Lovable, Manus, ElevenLabs, OpenArt, Perplexity, QuillBot, GAMMA, Mobbin, Factory.ai, Wispr Flow, ChatPRD, and any others — are the property of their respective owners.

Optimus Prime Shop is an independent reseller. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any of these brands. Use of their names is purely descriptive — to indicate which service the subscription/account grants access to — and constitutes nominative fair use under applicable trademark law.

Filing a DMCA takedown notice

If you are a copyright owner (or their authorised agent) and believe material on Optimus Prime Shop infringes your copyright, please send a notice with the following:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or their authorised agent.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
3. Identification of the material on Optimus Prime Shop that is claimed to be infringing — include the URL of the specific page(s).
4. Your contact information — full name, address, telephone number, and email.
5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorised to act on their behalf.

Our response

• We review every notice within 48 hours of receipt.
• If the notice is valid and complete, we will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material promptly.
• We will notify the affected seller / user that their material was removed and provide them a copy of the notice.
• Repeat infringers will have their accounts terminated.

Counter-notice

If you believe your material was removed in error or as a result of misidentification, you may file a counter-notice containing:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the material removed and its prior location (URL).
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the removal was a result of mistake or misidentification.
4. Your name, address, and telephone number, plus a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your judicial district (or, if outside the US, where Optimus Prime Shop is located), and that you will accept service of process from the complainant.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the original complainant. If they do not file suit within 10–14 business days, we may restore the removed material.

Misrepresentation

Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages.
