Terms of Service
Last updated: {{ now_date }}. By using Optimus Prime Shop, you accept these terms. They cover account creation, payments, delivery, warranties, prohibited use, and how disputes are resolved.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use Optimus Prime Shop. By creating an account, you confirm you meet that requirement.
2. Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your password and Telegram credentials secure.
- One account per person. Multi-accounting to abuse referral or promo codes is grounds for termination and forfeiture of balances.
- We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, abuse warranty, or engage in fraud.
3. Orders, pricing & stock
- All prices are shown in USDT (or USD-equivalent for stablecoins/major crypto). Prices may change without notice; the price at checkout is binding.
- Stock is reserved at checkout. Wallet balance is not debited until the order is completed — if stock is unavailable when you confirm, the order will not go through and no charge is made.
- We reserve the right to cancel orders priced incorrectly due to obvious error (e.g. a $100 subscription mistakenly listed at $1) with a full refund.
4. Payments
- Accepted: USDT (BEP20, Polygon, TRC20), USDC, BTC, ETH, BNB, POL, TON via Binance Pay, plus direct on-chain stablecoin transfers.
- Non-USDT assets are auto-converted to USDT at the live Binance rate at the moment of verification.
- Payments are verified against Binance's public APIs. If verification fails, the deposit goes to admin review (typically resolved within 1 hour).
- Submitting a transaction reference that doesn't belong to you, or attempting to re-use a transaction across multiple orders, is fraud and grounds for immediate account suspension.
5. Delivery
- Automatic products reveal credentials immediately after payment confirmation — usually within seconds.
- Manual products are delivered by an admin within 24 hours of payment, typically much sooner. The estimated time is shown on each product page.
- If delivery fails after payment, open a support ticket with your order ID — we'll either re-deliver from fresh stock or refund your wallet. See the refund & warranty policy.
6. Warranty
Each product page lists its warranty duration (e.g. "Full Warranty", "30 Days Warranty", "1 Month Warranty", "5 Days Warranty"). Within that window, if the credentials we provided stop working through no fault of your own (password changed by upstream, account terminated by provider, etc.), we will replace the product at no extra cost. To claim warranty:
- Open a support ticket within the warranty window.
- Include your order ID and a clear description of what's failing.
- We respond within 24 hours; replacements are typically issued within a few hours of ticket review.
Warranty does not cover: changes you made to the account (e.g. you changed the password and lost it), use that violates the upstream service's terms, region-restricted services in unsupported regions, or warranty windows that have expired.
7. Refunds
See our dedicated refund & warranty policy. In short: refunds are issued only when delivery fails or our system cannot honour an order. For working products with warranty, we replace rather than refund.
8. Prohibited use
You may not use Optimus Prime Shop to:
- Resell accounts to third parties as your own product without disclosure.
- Abuse upstream services in ways that violate their ToS (CSAM, spam, fraud, DMCA violations, etc.).
- Pay with funds you don't own or transactions you don't have rightful access to.
- Use automated tools to scrape pricing or stock at high volume without an API key (we provide an API — use it).
- Submit fake support claims or chargebacks.
9. Limitation of liability
Optimus Prime Shop is provided "as is". We make no warranty beyond the explicit warranty stated on each product. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order. We are not liable for upstream provider outages, account suspensions caused by your own actions, or indirect/consequential damages.
10. Disputes
Open a support ticket first — most issues are resolved in under 24 hours. If you remain unsatisfied, you may escalate via the contact methods on our contact page. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting support will result in account termination and forfeiture of any unspent balance.
